House Rules

Main reservation holder must be at least 25 years old & onsite during the entire reservation - no exceptions. Max guests is 6 adults inc 2 children. Only registered guests allowed at the property - no additional daytime guests. No outdoor music at any time. Smoking or vaping is fine - outside only. Pool heat is $100 per day, 2 day min. (no cost for Jacuzzi which is kept at 101). Property has 3 security cameras - front door, carport door, and backyard. No cameras inside. 3 cars max/no street parking. Pets are welcome! Pet fee is $125 per pet, 2 pets max. Photoshoots/Filming/Events allowed ONLY with separate contract and approved city permit and fees Please keep sliders closed when the AC or heat is on. Keep all doors, windows and sliders locked when out. When leaving please set thermostat to conserve energy. Pool and jacuzzi are maintained twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They will let themselves in through the back gate. If there is a big windstorm that causes excess debris, let me know asap so we will be a priority to fit into their schedules. Pool Rules - No glassware out by pool, no running or yelling. Jacuzzi Rules - It is always set at 101 degrees. Please keep cover closed when not in use to keep heat stable and desert dust out. Do a quick rinse off before getting in. No bronzers, lotions or oils. Bronzers especially create an issue and the jacuzzi must be drained, cleaned, and refilled. If a special clean is needed because the rules were not followed, Guest agrees to pay the additional cost. Please give me prompt notice if anything is not working properly. I try to keep a shoes off policy - both to not track toxins into the house but also to keep the floors nice for your stay. This is a non-toxic house. All cleaning products are natural and free of chemicals. Laundry is just off the kitchen thru the door to the left. Please use only the laundry detergent provided and if washing any towels or linens during your stay be sure to follow the guidelines posted on the wall by the machines. No weapons, explosives, easily flammable material or fireworks. Stays over 21 days will pay a mid stay cleaning fee every 2 weeks. Quiet hours from 10pm to 10am. Events allowed if not staying overnight with separate contract and permit from the city. No parties.
